Northern Virginia - October 2017 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from September 2017

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in September 2017 was up 4.4% from September 2016, and there were increases in four of the six price categories. Through the first nine months of 2017, new contract activity is up 2.6% compared to the first nine months of 2016. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 44 days in September 2017, down from 56 days in September of last year.

Montgomery County - October 2017 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from September 2017

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in September 2017 was down 3.9% from September 2016, and there were decreases in five of the six price categories. Through the first nine months of 2017, new contract activity is down 4.0% compared to the first nine months of 2016. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 48 days in September 2017, down from 56 days in September of last year.

Washington D.C. - October 2017 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from September 2017

CONTRACTS: 
Contract activity in September 2017 was up 13.0% from September 2016, and there were increases in all six price categories. Through the first nine months of 2017, new contract activity is up 5.6% compared to the first nine months of 2016. That’s the best in the metro area. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 32 days in September 2017, down from 35 days in September of last year.

Loudoun County - October 2017 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from September 2017

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in September 2017 was up 13.0% from September 2016, and there were increases in all six price categories. Through the first nine months of 2017, new contract activity is up 5.6% compared to the first nine months of 2016. That’s the best in the metro area. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 32 days in September 2017, down from 35 days in September of last year.
